Recent groundbreaking architectural design in the provision of wireless networking is changing the way large organisations deal with the wireless issue. Technological advances overseas can now guarantee the first service level agreements for wireless users, providing constant and reliable performance in the same vein as a wired network.

We are excited about the possibilities of ICT advances and tt\partners continues to investigate the integration of new wireless technologies into Victorian schools. For more information on the latest wireless capabilities, please call Tony Armstrong on 9822 0031.

As part of our ongoing employee professional learning program, the tt\partners consulting team spent a weekend in Sorrento redeveloping our project management methodology. With the entire team in the same room, it was great to draw on everyone’s diverse skills and experience over the past year.

Our methodology is aligned to the industry standard PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). After a frosty week in the United Kingdom winter, tt\partners has returned from the 2008 annual BETT exhibition in London.  As the world’s largest educational technology event, BETT provided a wonderful forum for us to showcase our innovative consulting products: tt\benchmark™ - our on-line ICT assessment tool for schools, and our strategic planning frameworks tt\eLearning™, tt\review™ (ICT & eLearning) and tt\checkup™ (ICT only).

tt\partners also gathered some invaluable feedback on what the rest of the world is up to in regards to educating with technology. Learning content management systems, ultra-portable devices and interactive software for electronic whiteboards are the hot topics in 2008.
